Award-winning magician Sam King is bringing something a little different to The Adelaide Magic Theatre — a preview of "Spooky Magic For Brave Kids." Designed for brave children aged 6 and up, this show blends slightly spooky elements with humour and real magic, exploring themes of courage and laughter through a narrative featuring ghosts, supernatural sounds, and — well — magic.

A Work-in-Progress You Can Help Shape

It's a preview, which means your reaction actually counts. Sam's still shaping the show, and a preview crowd is how a magician works out which bits land and which need another go — so you're not just watching, you're helping build it (while Sam keeps one eye on the room and the other on making things vanish).

It's loose and playful, the kids are encouraged to join in, and it's a genuinely different way to spend an afternoon in the Adelaide CBD.
